On September 18, 2012, I published the very first post of TAI Motivational Moments blog from beautiful Maui, Hawaii, with a simple yet powerful mission: to educate, inspire, and motivate existing and aspiring leaders along many facets of their leadership journeys. As we approach the 13th anniversary of that inaugural post, I'm thrilled to share some exciting news about the next chapter of our shared journey.

Since that first day publishing from paradise, I've had the privilege of writing over 4,350 blog posts, always striving to remain reflective of that original mission and stay true north to its purpose.

What started as one person's passion for leadership development has grown into something truly remarkable – a daily publication that now reaches over 9.5 million leaders each weekday around the world.

Beginning Monday, September 15, 2025, TAI Motivational Moments will be migrating to the website of The Aspirations Institute's sister company, Aspirations Consulting Group, and will continue on its all-new website under the exciting new banner of ACG Strategic Insights.

This transition represents a natural evolution of our shared mission. While The Aspirations Institute continues to focus on practical, inspiring, and interactive training and personal development for individuals at all stages of their careers, Aspirations Consulting Group serves mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with strategic business consulting across financial leadership, executive solutions, operational excellence, and intellectual property monetization.
