Jerry Justice
Chief Executive Officer
As a result of a 40+ years unconventional and educational career, Jerry's track record has included being a CEO, corporate executive, management consultant and entrepreneur.
With experience in startups, growth companies, multinationals and even non-profits, his journey has included a broad array of industries including management consulting, high tech, law, healthcare, e-commerce, real estate investment and training.
Jerry has been recognized for leadership, team-building, operational improvement, exceptional results and interpersonal qualities. He founded several companies and has served on the boards of directors of various corporate and non-profit organizations.
As a professional speaker and trainer, Jerry strives to share what he’s learned along the way, peppered with life stories, anecdotes and humor to engage and enrich his audiences. Through interactive keynote presentations and training to businesses, trade associations, civic organizations, schools, government agencies and non-profit and faith groups, Jerry shares timeless principles and lessons with people around the globe that aspire to grow personally and professionally and to take their organizations to new heights.
His love of travel has so far carried him to 55 countries, all 50 of the United States and some US territories. His future travel goals include visiting 100 countries and circumnavigating the globe.
Adam M. Tao
Adam has an impressive and comprehensive educational background with advanced degrees from six colleges in various countries.
He has published many research papers and he has been awarded several patents. Adam has also received many awards and he has been published in several magazines.
Over the past 30+ years, Adam applied his in-depth and progressive technology and business knowledge to create many leading-edge computer, networking and avionics products and related application systems with his sole inventor patents. Not only has he lead product development teams, but he has also bridged the R & D and manufacturing organizations with B2B marketing and solution sales as a senior technical marketing manager since the early 1990s. During his years with Toshiba and Samsung, he became the #1 market leader in mobile computing and digital technology products.
Adam has been teaching electronics, digital technology, networking, eBusiness and over 20 MBA courses for five universities worldwide with a U.S. teaching certificate.
Through TAI, Adam offers his courses and seminars in PMP Project Management and Six Sigma methodology certification to leading global corporations.
Adam also performs a variety of management consulting services to clients as a Vice President of our sister company, Aspirations Consulting Group.
