The Aspirations Institute offers Coaching Services on multiple levels that can be customized and/or combined to meet your specific needs:


Individual – one on one private and confidential coaching


Group – small setting onsite


TAI’s Coaching Services are by no means limited to executives.  These services are well-suited to individuals making the transition from individual contributor to a leadership role, professionals, entrepreneurs, mid-level managers, technical leaders needing to develop soft skills, non-profit leaders and more.  Coaching typically focuses on the issues surrounding leading people.

Skills required of new or recently-promoted leaders may include performance evaluations, conducting tough conversations, dealing with conflict and motivating teams.  It’s quite common to be promoted for doing well in a particular role such as Sales, but not having any previous leadership experience or training.  These Coaching Services are designed to assist in such transitions.  Leaders may also micromanage their direct reports or have a lack of self confidence or charisma and could benefit from the personalized and confidential sessions.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Unlike training, a Coach serves as a thinking partner to offer support and guidance on a very specific and individualized level.  Coaching brings clarity to the situation, the challenges and the goals a leader may struggle to navigate and develops a plan of action.  Coaching may also enhance a leader’s execution or help her/him to take advantage of a specific opportunity.
